it'll still hold the power only difference is intake setup and injectors and oil setup, but if you're gonna build it you'd be changing all that anyway. if you want a turbo i can get you one... different price somewhere like a "g"

Tom, do a LSx swap. You'll be happy.

If you can swing it, buy a GM crate LS2 (or a good used one). The price of LS1/LS6s are rising as the popularity of the swaps rise. People are putting them in everything (a fucking Prelude? C'mon!).

Also, consider that the tranny (standard T56) is not terribly strong. While not a bad piece, serious power will yield a blob of metal that used to be a transmission. Look at getting something from Rockland or somewhere like them.

Just out of curiousity, does anyone swap VG30s into these cars?

Also, definitely read ls1tech.com. They have a nice hybrid forum that will help a lot.

Hinson makes good parts, but after dealing with them in the past, I'd be careful on ordering from them. It takes forever for them to get stuff to you. There isn't even really a lot to their stuff, but it takes out the guess work/fabrication.
