im gonna try and not sound like an ls1 fanboy.
for me its between the 2jz and the lsx.
they both have good points.
but honestly the lsx is gonna put out a lot more torque and more "useable" hp.
the 2jz is easy to make more peak hp with all the turbo options but..
id rather have a 600hp ls1 than a 800hp 2jz.
plus ls1 is gods engine so he will bless you, joking. but it is lighter
