A ricer, although commonly explained as above with the wings, stickers, ect. but I believe like someone stated a "ricer" is also a state of mind, A person who knows very little about cars, buys the first thing they see in a magazine(altezzas for example) these pople generally believe this shit looks good and it's all on them if they prefer to do so, but the tenacity of some of these kids to get on here and try and argue about mechanics and technical talk about cars, wich they know little to nothing about proves that imports are mainly called "ricers" now due to these, with lack of better term, ignorant kids, not insulting any other intelligence they might posses, but when it come to cars you know who the enthusiasts are. And well said 385lt1, knowledge is power and "some" of you are powerless.
