I say congrats to the op! For the people who don't like Vipers, it's not so much that everyone is saying OMG you have to like vipers. But this kid does and I'm sure he's excited about it, is it so hard to say congratulations without pulling out your .02 so everyone on drag knows that you'd rather drive a civic then a Viper, who cares?

I guess that is what you get for posting here. I agree with fish on being pro-independent, but if he's going to school full time I don't see a problem, if not then yeah I'd rather get out first. However, I bought my first Legacy GT when I was 19, granted it's a 30k car not a 35-40k, when I was living at home and still moved out that spring.

This was the color of mine with Dark charcoal racing stripes and Rose interior. I loved that color as well.
