I am trying to start a SPX car club here in VA. The main club is based in Delaware. I am in the process of collaborating with them to begin a chapter here. This club is not a half stepping club believe me when I say this. I have witnessed it for myself at a HIN show they helped sponsor in PA. They also do events such as Formula D, Funkmaster Flex Shows, Ocean City Car Shows, Tuner Evolution Car Shows, Street Trends, etc. Not all about street racing.
