It at the least got rid of the power drop after 5500 rpms..(h23 sucks yea i know), so it pulls good to redline now.. atleast better.. and a power increase everywhere above 3k.. I will have to take it back to the track to see!

what times did you run stock?

Well guys, if I wanted a car to be fast in a straight line, I'd have one, but thats not what I'm lookin for.. If that were the case then I would have never bought a prelude lol!

But yea with just an intake, es motor mount inserts, a bunch of free mods etc, I ran 15.59 in the 1/4, which is really good for an H23.. and that time is actually without my motor mount inserts, which will improve is greatly seeing as how well it helped my 0-60 times.. big difference in launch.. went from 7.14s to 6.74s according to gtech

yup gtech, but it is actually pretty accurate with my track times.. I was on the verge of break into the 9's in the 1/8th at NB before my motor mount inserts/header so I should be 9.9 now atleast..

ludes are pretty heavy, 2886 lbs for my Si.. the H23 is non-vtec, 160 hp, h22 depending on year/model/origin is 190-220 hp

I'm in the process of installing my suspension now so that should help with launch slightly as well.. If I can get my 60 ft. to around 2 that would really help.. main thing is the turns though!

spend the money to get them coated...it's worth the investment to keep your headers from looking like rusty pipes in a month. I got both my headers jet hot coated a few months ago and they still look like new.
