Default Rebuilt titles

So I came accross a really good price on a 2005 Civic SI but the car has a rebuilt title. So the KBB on the car is 14.7K if it wasnt rebuilt, but since it was rebuilt how much would it be worth? Anybody ever bought a car with a rebuilt title? It was a theft recovery supposedly, only the seats, rims, and a transmission where stolen. It now has a RSX Type S tranny and new seats. The car is really clean, didnt know it was rebuilt till I asked. So how much do you guys think its worth?

my rule of thumb is about half...but its all in what you want...now i would try to find proof of what was missing...also check all body panels to see if all have their vin numbers like they should...

Has anybody had past experiences with them? The only thing I am worried about is when I go to resell it, if Im going to have a hard time getting rid of it. Guess thats the only real issue.
