really tough water spot problems
Alright, heres the deal....
The Mach 1 was these really tough water spots in the paint that I can't seem to get out. I've tried a few different methods ie. Meguiars polish and wax, Zymol polish with a orbital buffer and a few other miscellaneous procedures. My question is, is does anyone have any recommendations to get these out. Someone told me to go to a 3M store and buy this product called "finess", anyone heard of it? I'm not quite ready for rubbing compound as that has a tendency to swirl the paint badly, but I know that would take 'em out. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dman, I know what you're talking about, I use old-school elbow grease wax. But as far as the spiral scratches, my car is covered in them. What can take those off?

Wet sanding and buffing is a last resort, not a quick fix. If there is enough damage to warrant it, odds are there was improper care to begin with.
Ounce of prevention/pound of cure.

It's slow as piss, I don't know why I waste my time on it, I should just be "cool" like everyone else and buy a 18 second 4 banger and sink $10,000 into it to run 14-15's.
