.. but an older 1.8 swap (I don't know what year they switched to cast internals from the factory) would be the logical thing to do. It can handle nearly 300hp before you have to worry about rings.

1. your car has little or no potental - i like my car, it's just too slow for me so turbo-ing it will fix that problem, i'm not trying to take it to the track or claim it's better than anyone's, it's a car and I like it
2. it has little or no aftermarket support, yet I managed to fabricate a lot for it, thanks to friends and support over at clubprotege.com it is UNIQUE that is what matters, why in the world would I want a car that everyone else has? Not saying I hate civics, but if you build a cookie cutter civic you suck, if you do it custom how you want it, then that's good, build a car for YOU, not for everyone else to like.
