For a full paint job. I'm not talking crappy Macco or the like...I real quality job...I have heard $2K-$3K depending on paint. If I sell my Prelude and really work the MR2 I want to have it painted Gunmetal/metallic...just curious what good shops in Northern VA charge for a good job.

 

eh, you get what you pay for.

 

The best shop in town here (which has done cars that have been in many magazines) starts at $3k for a one color paint job. You really do get what you pay for.

 

$3400. Full chassis paint change. Porsche mettalic paint.

 

Got a friend looking for paintwork on the side...does sweet fucking work. Painted my old stang, sisters car and some of my buddies cars. He needs some extra cash. PM me if interested.
