Default Paint job

My mother is looking to get her Del Sol resprayed. Same color, black, possibly just the hood trunk and roof. She doesn't want a Maaco $200 job, but she's not willing to pay nearly $3000 for a "dealer price" jobber either.

Anybody do decent work that wants to make some side money post up.... Or recommend somewhere for me to tell her to go. thnx

Whoever does it make sure they know hot to tape/ remove all the weather strippings from the del sols. They are a pain and the shop that did mine messed it all up. If you have a chiltons or Haynes throw that in with the car when you take it in. That way they have some reference material on hand if needed.

London Bridge Auto Body, or it might be 'Automotive', has done 2 same color full car resprays for me for $1,000 each car and it was outstanding quality......I don't know what the price limit is for this person but that's one option...
