Either way it's a vague question because "better" can be all kinds of factors. Better to the wallet? Better gas mileage? Better at getting girls? Better at being slow? Details details.

 

part of the specs you listed was that for a teg R. all i said was the R would be a 300zx N/A. read your own writing before acting like an asshole

 

the Z would be sweet to own IMO but the engine bay makes it real hard to do anything yourself. parts are a little pricey. if you got the money i say go for it.

 

If i want to be an a hole to you i will, i just posted the stats of all modles of each but was saying the whole thread was about witch would win if they all were stock, but guess that was to hard to understand. Thats why you started going off the subject.

no, not fair, i just added that so that someone who may not know much about cars wouldn't automatically think a Z is the fastest thing on the road just cuz it's a Z.

I would still take the slow Z over the type R, but thats cuz i dislike honda's and Z's are sexy.

With you having only intake and exhaust on a Teg making maybe 115WHP-120WHP and about 105 WTQ. My buddy dyno's his stock NA 93 Z at 191WHP and 197WTQ. Stock they run very low 15's and some have ran 14's and with headers and N20 that is a mid 13 sec. car with good conditions. They can launch hard with subframe spacers and the NA rear end and from a roll the TT's will own just like supra's. Either the Z runs like shit or your ass cheaks are flapping away like most E-Racers.
Z's are bad ass cars for the money and to make them run 12's it only takes a Stage III and about a grand.

 

350z's suck. save up and buy a honda civic and spend the extra cash on making that civic fast.
