Even with the nicest set of slicks known to man, on that suspension, in that car, a 2.23 would be an act of God himself.

Not hardly. Its fucking fast. a 150mph trap is high 8 second times all day with a drag car. On slicks, i dont doubt that it could do it.

The 1000TT SRT10 is 1 second and 20mph faster in the 1/4.
Then try to turn. Watch the Enzo stick to the road like superglue while the viper goes straight into the wall.

Well, it won the Car and Driver Tuner Challenge, which is no small feat. I think it would give an enzo a run for its money on a road course. Especially the SRT10, which is actually a WHOLE lot better handling car than a Gen 1 viper. Take a Ford GT, add some more grip, and a whole hell of alot more power, and that is what this viper is like. An Enzo killer.

I bet that viper would post a faster time around the same course....and it weighs 500+ lbs more.

I doubt it. All conditions being equal, I believe the Enzo would win. Just because the car makes amazing power, doesnt make it a great track car. You CAN have too much power on an open track.

A Ford GT handles with in spitting distance of a Enzo....now take 440 more horsepower over an Enzo..... ya', you got yourselfs an Enzo killer. I'd put money on the Hennessy.
