plenty of civics w/ b series swaps out there that are pretty quick all motor. Or find a used prelude, they don't take boost as well stock b/c they have higher compression, but they can be decent with a little cash invested in bolt ons or nitrous. if you want a 13sec honda though, stay away from accords lol, the v6s (until now) only came with autos, and it takes a couple grand to break into 13s w/ an all motor v6, or a turbo 4cyl.

b/c i wont be a BALLER...i want to spend like 3 grand at the most on a stock hatch and drive it around for a while....and EVENTUALLY when im done with my GTi in about a year or so...ill want to mod the honda

ok, that won't be enough for you to get in the 13s..
it only ran a 15.557 for the EG civic SIR with the mods above. i'm going to add the triple plate clutch and racing flywheel along with intake/exaust and a chip and see where that'll put it.
