ive been wanting to get a 240 for so long and do a sil-80 conversion...anyway i can learn about nissans too?

 

I'll take all the Honda converts, I may not be the best but at least i can show you the potential.....

Edit: Im not gonna lie Nissans get expensive compared to Honda's.....just not the aftermarket support that honda has....

 

Not tryin to sound like an asshole but I would take it slower than going straight to a motor swap. You say you dont know shit about Nissans and you wanna learn, but you're going straight for a swap and front end conversion. I'm hoping you at least know about the car enough to appreciate it?

 

This swap is pretty extensive. We charge $5000.00 parts and labor to do this swap. I'm not sure what everyone else charges, but I know it's very competitive to this price. The front clip alone is going to cost you $2500.00 shipped. Good luck finding somewhere to store that clip and taking it off the truck. We are backed up on SR20DET that's only 2. I would like to take it on but were backed up right now. With that yr. 240 you need alot of little things like pwr.steering lines and what not. Do a search on the net for this and print out the diagrams and any info. you can find. You can even find step-by-step instructions to do this swap. It's not that hard just extensive knowledge of nissan wiring is need. The motor and everything bolts in, change you mounts out to the NISMO ones while your at it. They tend to rip when you take the engine out. One last tip. Do the engine and tranny separate makes life alot easier. Hope this helps..if you need any other help give me a call or PM me.
