alcohol kills people, alcohol causes kidney problems, alchohol makes you violent, alcohol makes u abusive. next morning your head hurts.
marijuana doesnt kill people from overdose because you cant od on it. marijuana is a NATURAL PLANT, it makes u relaxed and chill, while on it you just want to sit and your actually more caution about driving etc. next morning, your perfectly fine.
so which one should be legal?

1 year restricted licence
1 year probation
500 dollar fine.
asap class (i think it was 350)
witness impact class
35 hrs community service
lawyer, 1800
SR22 on your record for 3 years
Have to carry double the va state manditory insurance liability
I think its a form called sr77 you have to file with the sr22
insurance is stupid exspensive.
pay 150 to reinstate your license for the restricted.
Must carry a work schedule with you to prove your not just joy riding or you get busted for driving on suspended.
So is it worth it? No.

I also don't buy the it is not harmful, yes i know there is no conclusive proof on either side, and i am not saying it is causing cancer, im just saying you are setting something on FIRE and taking that by-product of the FIRE into your LUNGS, just saying the shit can't be healthy.... I guess i am just uneducated and will never be as cool/hip as you smart guys /shrug, but i am ok with that.

This is a new study and they can not conclude that its the marijuana alone that causes the cancer. It may seem like it from this small amount of data collected but it isn't large enough to include other dietary habbits or other things the patients are exposed to. It may very well be a combination of things that causes this.
Every body is also different. Every person's body goes through different reactions on drugs, and food.
"Still, the results are considered preliminary and need to be confirmed with more research. 'There have been studies done on testicular cancer, but ours is the first to look at marijuana,' said Daling." -CNN
"For patients using cannabis for medicinal purposes, the improvement in quality of life may outweigh any potential risk of testicular cancer, said Shoptaw." -CNN
I dont know what to think about it. THC is acclaimed as an anti cancerous agent and is known to kill unhealthy cells and promote the growth of new healthy cell, but it is also known to reduce sperm count. I know soem ppl that failed for sperm donation at a research center because their sperm count wasn't high enough lol.

My post earlier was in general, not anyone in specific. The government has never really been able to link marijuana to a major negative affect. If they can link it in ANY way, it always has the words like "may" in front of what they are trying to say to scare society.
