I would not have the slightest idea of how to answer to your question. With no horsepower, on a flat road, I would imagine the fastest it could propel your car would be 0 mph.

and probably no one will, its kind of a tough question consiering no one has prolly ever actually taken an ls transmission to the maximum because anyone trying to go that fast doesnt run a stock tranny, whoever told you the d16y7 tranny can go 250 mph, you need to go ask them cause maybe they found some scientific mathematical formula that you can use to determine maximum allowed speed for an ls trans........
