-no the exhaust will not fail you unless you have exhaust leaks and
-no the alteration of suspension will not fail you unless we can not pull it into the shop or rack

i reject for cut springs and smile while doing it.
i reject if i cant lift the car, and call the person a dumbass while doing it.
i reject for cowl induction hoods (over 1.75"/2.25" depending on year) and smile while doing it.
i reject for a car lowered so much the tires scrub the fenders. or touch the body in normal suspension travel.
i reject cause its a honda (well, i cant, but its a good enough reason for me
)i reject cars that have a "high flow header" in place of the pre-catalyst.
i reject cars that have cheap ass race seats installed poorly.
i reject cars that have a chintzy ebay steering wheel in place of the airbag one that came on the car.
i reject cars for tailpipes that dont come out where they need to.
and smile while doing it, 15 bucks at a time.
yes, i am an asshole.
you have a state trooper come in to your shop every week to see how you are doing, and you will do it by the book also.there is a reason for having a safety inspection.
