Hey,

Im looking to maybe buying a Toyota Celica All Trac or a MR2 Turbo. What some common problems with these cars? Are they worth buying?

If I got one of those I was thinking of going for a clean J-Spec look? Is that possible?

 

both cars are dope. i used to want an all-track. they are very rare around here so it would be great if you could find one. both have the 3s-gte, which is very reliable. set at 7psi stock i think?

 

Like right now I have a 1992 Honda Accord EX Sedan. I would like to build up a h22 and drop it in. But Im running low on money so Im thinking of going another route? But I don't know yet.

Im also of thinking of buying just a Accord coupe and droping a h22 in it... but i dunno

 

MR2s are NOT good cars for those low on money. End discussion.

mr2 turbos are very reliable if you keep up with maintnence.

 

mr2 turbo's are very reliable, if you have a lot of money to keep them together! good luck finding a all trac. they're awesome. my mr2 turbo is going back in the shop on thursday! that will be the 5th time in the last month and change! and mr2's aren't really that reliable matt, hasn't yours been sittin for 6 months now? just jokin!

 

no its just ours. most peoples are reliable and mine is a whole nother story.

 

learn how to drive RWD, and then learn mid-rear. I don't want another honda driver wrecking another deuce because they don't think it's a big difference. There are few enough '2s out there.

Oh and good luck finding an Alltrac. Easier said than done.
