That's funny, I've had both of these cars and sold both of them in the past couple months. I miss both of those cars. If you want good info go here:

Also, when you finally find the car that you are looking for, remember that you always get what you pay for, especially with turbo cars.

Alltrac= all wheels turning under power of the now infamous 3SGT-E. it was designed and marketed as a FIA Rally champ and AUdi QUattro killer. Carlos Sainz drove the Alltrac ST185 to victory. he also helped TTE (Toyota Team Europe) develop the Sainz hood which helped maintain the integrity of the hood at speeds well over 100mph in unpaved terrain. the result was cooler under hood temps, no flopping hood, and good ventillation for the hot, hot, hot turbocharged engine. he also stayed with a water-to-air intercooler as it provided better heat transfer and it didn't get clogged-up with dirt and mud and other debris.
btw: although those rally cars are full-out race prepped vehicles, not much was changed between those and the consumer-available cars. not many were made to be sold: only enough to be considered a 'production' car.
the sainz car was bad-ass.

The Celica AllTrac was built to be a Lancia Integrale killer, and eventually dethroned the Lancia after its dominance of 6 years. The Audi Quattro was a Group B rally machine, and the era of Group B ended in 1986.
