Be on the look out for this unmarked police car
It is dark blue in color, possibly black, has very dark tint windows. I saw it the other day on 264 heading toward Norfolk right before the 64 interchange. He had someone pulled over with the lights blinking away. He also has lights on each side of his rear view mirror and some in the back window. Just thought I would let you all know.

You guys gotta understand that its not an UNMARKED police car; its a policemans PERSONAL vehicle. And yes, they can pull you over at their discretion.

Nope, I'm not sure the exact rules/laws of it, but I've seen and heard of TONS of people getting pulled over (while doing stupid things, like racing) by off duty officers in their PV's
