Default Just picked up a CRX

Just picked up an 89 CRX Si [w/ a B18] in North Carolina the other day as a little project car and for some more MPGs4theWin. Was looking for my long lost MR2 but just too small at the size I am now (6' 1" 200lbs). I hail from the Toyota Solara community and anticipating a good time with the Honda.

Overall its in good condition, other then missing a variety of bolts, a little oil leak from the valve cover gasket, paint, etc its a good car, hopefully done with the serious stuff within a couple weeks. The body is decent shape, a couple problems with dents and dings but overall straight, rust free car.

Ive gotta replace all the rubber bushings on the car since they're all shot and the body sways around and pulls right (alignment is in order too). Would anyone recommend any particular bushing sets? Its missing a few random parts, but hopefully there is no shortage in them across cyberspace (have an almost full clean interior in the shop now). So if anyone has parts or a parts car PM me a list of what you have, I wouldn't mind replacing things that are a little groddy on mine even if it still functions.

I think ill keep it yellow for the fact that the engine bay and interior door pannels are yellow, and its kinda growing on me, would like your opinions on it all, what to do, harsh words only if necessary

Now for the pictures...

My inspiration

Use the rubber OEM control arm bushings ONLY! and use Energy Suspension sway bar link & radius arm bushings.

Trust me I've tried everything!!!

Oh, btw...you may not want to fully drop the rex. At least if you don't want to buy headers every other day. Ground clearance on the ED's are a bitch!!!

Good luck finding an interior for it. When I bought my CRX, it was missing various trip pieces/accessories and it's taken me about three years to acquire most of them. I don't think there is a junk yard in the 757 I haven't been to. Speaking of junkyards, Two Chiefs has about a dozen '89-'91 CRXs.
