Default junk car

so my vision has really, really, really bad rod knock. i'd imagine that no1 would want to buy it this way, and there is no way i'm going to fix it. is my best option just to sell some parts and then take it to a junkyard?

a junkyard is going to give you $20 buck for it. That's the sad part. I'd rebuild the engine. It would be cheaper and easier than trying to find another "decent" beater.

not really anymore, its only tax deductible if and when the charity actually sells it, and based on their actual sale price, no longer can u claim the value of it from kbb or nada, or black book, for a tax deduction
