JDM Integra front

I was seeing if a JDM front teg will pass inspection? i heard the lights must have DOC or DOT on them to pass. So anyone have experience with this. let me know..ASAP please

Most inspectors wont even notice because the itr headlights are stock anyways and have amber on them.
