Default IHRA Rule book

I've been trying to find the IHRA rule book online, but all I can find is the new revisions on the IHRA page. I know I've seen it posted here before. Does anyone know of a link? I'm looking for information regaurding roll cage requirements for a sub 11 second car. Thanks.

I thought it was 11.99's and faster you need a cage.

It's either that or 11.49s, but I really need information on construction. How many points they want and stuff like this. I will not have a cage put in and then find out it won't pass tech. That just can't happen.

I think they amended a portion of it that says if the car can run in the 11s stock or close to stock, then it doesn't need a cage. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistence.

Just a FYI: a turbo R32 with over 400awhp will run an 11 second pass no problem. With 330ahwp they will hit low 12s. Not that any of this will be happening....
