Default Dose anyone have the SCCA rule book

Hey guys I have a question to anyone who has a SCCA rule book. It conserns the STS or STX classes. Basicly I'd like to know what you can and cant to to the engine and tranny. My main question is about the flywheel, weather or not it can be changed.

Thanx
Michael
