i had a vw golf do that to me the other day.. he cam on to the freeway then looked at me and since my window tint is so dar k you cant see what iam doing in the car.... hehehe very sneeky. well anyways he sits there rolls his window down and i guess he just got an intake cause he was reving it just enough to hear the sucktion. well he sits there and does exactly what you were talking about... this one was a black one and it was some blond haired punk kid. looked like a bootcamp navy boy. first car.
