Here's an example. I am a ricer because I like Domestic muscle cars, I own an import luxury car (look at that ricer below!) out of necessity, and I bust on the type of people that hang out at places like Super Kmart week after week and get kicked out by the cops, the kind of people that get tickets for having an exhaust tip larger than their exhaust diameter that make you look around for that motor scooter when they drive by. Thats what ricers will call a ricer mentality
