Miata prices are pretty outrageous in case you haven't been in the market for them.

i second a miata, they car great all round x's. easy to work on and repair. They also sell pretty cheap these days. can pick one up at an auction for a couple hundred. But why not just work on the tib? There not a bad car, look decent. and have a slew of parts already out. You really don't need much except suspension to x. Use to do it all the time in the early 2000's in my dd. Even alot of the older hondas are great. Shit real time have been winning races forever in realtime hondas and acuras.

this is true. i got 5 grand to spend on a 240 and still no luck. been lookin since june.
but im lookin for a clean s13 coupe. i guess miata is your best bet.

I didn't think it would hold up either, but other than an oil change and new air filter, I have spent nothing on maintenance. The clutch in the eclipse went out the first night I had it.

I may be young but I'm not dumb.

Does anybody have any thoughts on a 2gb eclipse gst? And I hope to see somebody out at the Virginia Tech car show this afternoon.

 

Dont get a DSM if you want to autocross. They can go in a straight line way better.
