if thats the case everytime someone got screwed or sold something or bought something they didnt completely agree with we would all be banned...

I agree with the amount of money being minute, but at the same time, what's that say about this Matthew Cole fella's integrity?

I'm not sayin dude should go all out and make a website about him, cause that's a little over the top, but at the same time shouldn't somethin be done about it?

I mean, today I got jipped out of a ridiculously low priced built b16 head by a guy on this site, he wanted 500, I got the cash, original plan was to meet halway (45 min) ended up with me driving the whole 2 hour distance, just to sit and a parkin lot for 2 hours and the guy sells it to someone else for 700.

I get what you're saying about not banning everyone that screws up, but you would think people wouldn't be so sketchy ya know? (and in noway am I comparing my little mishap to what happened to Hands I'm just sayin, you gotta watch you who deal with on this site)

 

something should definately be done about it....

if the op has all the texts and pm from here...take him to court over it...the judge can decide whos at fault...

op should have pics of motor and the missing bolts ,broken stuff,whatever...

then take it to court...

making a website will not accomplish anything...and im not sure but the op might be able to be sued for slander..of deframation of character or whatever it is...not 100% though but possibly

on second thought, what exactly are you trying to solve? You've got a motor, and you already said you weren't concerned about the money, so why take it any further than it already is ya know?

To the OP, for real if its only 450 dollars ( don't fell like going through your old thread ) and its been this long. Who cares? Are you going to sleep better knowing you got an inactive dumbass banned from this site?

 

The website was kidding. No I am not going to make a website. And I really do not care if it was $1 or $1,000 dollars. To me it's the principal of it. People come to this site for whatever reason and buy and sell parts. "Nobody" should rip anyone else off. So yes knowing he could be banned I would sleep better. The other side of it would be how much makes it worthwhile to people here. Do you have to be ripped off on $5,000 for it to matter.

I think alot of people on this site work very hard for their money so whatever buy should be legitamate.
