out of those two, Lightning. But then if your dad is like mine, he doesn't give a shit about whether his truck is fast, as long as it hauls his stuff. in that case, Ford Superduty.

Go with the L, i bought mine in July and still smile driving it. And they are pretty quick. Car and driver advertised 13.9 with the L.....i ran a 13.42 stock! Pretty nice for a damn truck. You can get a used 01-02 for around 22-24ish.
