Are all B series headers interchangable

yea but if you put B-series VTEC headers on a non VTEC B-series, or vice versa, there gunna fit a little weird and you might have to cut the flange, rotate and weld back on, were it bolts to the cat. happened to me when i put GSR headers on my Ls. if you need me to weld it lmk.

NO, the bolt pattern on the flange will line up but the different motors vary in height, and depending upon what motor it is, some of them will not fit, it might not line up correctly at the Cat, or there may be a problem involving the Oil Pan and getting it to clear that... Hence why they make the different ones for the different motor. For example you can use a GSR on a B16 but not the other way around.....
