Default H22 vs B Series

i own a 95 accord and am looking to swap the 14 year old f22 out for something with more spunk. im looking at a h22a but also im keeping my options open to the b series. i dont know awhole lot about h or b series.

im researching on my own but i figured id tap into the vast amount of knowlegde that is on the vadriven forum.

please no flaming me for being a noob, if i wasnt one i wouldnt be making this thread.

please let me know the pros and cons of both if any of you have or had either h22 or any b series.

thanks

Get a H22. You'll need the extra torque for a car of that weight.

B16

because reving high and making a lot of noise is more important than going fast.

i have a 92 accord and i no there a little difrent. but (if u go with a b in ur car ur just stupied sorry had to say it) your best bett is the h22 or h23. the h23 is a direct bolt in. only one wire need to wire up to have no cel. and the h22 only has 4 wires. let me no if u need thing

Motor:
GSR block (b18c1)
B16 head
LS crank (b18b1)
RC 440 Saturated Injectors
AEM fuel Rail
AEM FPR
AEM Intake or PW:JDM carbon fiber
AEM Filter
ARP Head studs
Cometic head gasket
DC Sports header or Hytec header.

Tranny:
GSR or ITR. get one with LSD (Limited Slip Differential)
Competition Clutch Stage 3 Clutch

Electronics:
VTEC controller
AEM Air/Fuel gauge
Hondata ECU stuff

Other:
Hasport Mounts
Shift linkage
99-00 SI wiring harness or an integra one from a GSR or ITR. something compatable with VTEC, because manually wiring VTEC sucks.

then you'll have a monster. h-series burn large amounts of oil. and though it's immidiatly cheap now, and easy to swap, getting replacement parts when something fucks up, as it will cuz it's a honda, will be more costly and more difficult.

There isn't much need for the fuel rail or fuel pressure regulator either.

why would you even consider a b series in a accord?

h22, h23 or h23vtec.
