Gutting Muffler

Is there anyone on the southside that has the equipment to cut open my stock muffler and remove the baffling, weld in a striaght pipe, and weld the muffler back together?

No point, just get a racing muffler. Oh, and you'll get pulled more than a wiener in jail.
