Don't be absurd. Those are way too small.

He said he wants good power, not to daily drive it. So those little things won't work. I suggest something from the Turbonetics Thumper series.

Why not something like a Precision PT-106G?

That should get the job done for ya

90 hatch is an unknown quantity at this point

go with precision turbo, either a 60-1, like what i had, or a sc61. you will meet your power goals with that and more depending on how the motor is built. they both will spool rather quickly and will hold boost all the way to redline.

This is actually getting funny! I like the idea of the 30R(3076) or sc61, but just in case i feel like blowing my motor to get 550whp will they make that kinda of power (at less than 30psi?)

Yup. Id say you could make that at around 20-24 lbs.

A GT2860 or GT2871 will put you right in the ballpark, and it will actually spool fast, it's pretty perfect for that engine at the power output you're looking for. I always try to go with the smallest turbo that will do what you want, that way you can actually use the power and not have a lag monster that you never use. You'll be right at or slightly above 300 HP with a GT2860, and have a little headroom with the GT2871. I'd go for the 2860, it spools so fast that I wouldn't care about a few extra HP.
