Got pulled over last night in the S2K on Coliseum drive in hampton. Pulled up behind a police car in a 40mph zone, and coasted past her at 43. She pulled me over and gave me a ticket for "failure to obey a highway sign" because she had no idea how fast I was going, just that I was going faster then her. She then told me that if I were to bring a copy of my record to court with me, the judge would most likely dismiss the charges.

I had gone up to the speed that I was moving really quickly, probably a bit loud too, and I think thats the real reason she pulled me over. That and because its yellow. But anyway, sucks. I will be really pissed if this silly moving violation sticks and I take an insurance hit for it.

Of course there is also the fact that moments before getting that ticket, I had been moving at about 85 on Mercury Blvd for a short distance... glad she didn't notice that.

 

That sucks Paul, depending on how good of a mood the judge is that day he will most likely let you off. But good luck with that man.

 

Damn that sounds like shit. With your record you should be good, just make sure you go to court and bring a sexy girl (I always like seeing sexy girls at court, makes time pass by quicker)
