Just wondering if it was ok to use this tranny fluid in a b16 s1 cable tranny. and is there a difference in what the bottle looks like for the friction modified kind b/c i cant find the writing anywhere on the bottle at all.

i've got gm syncromesh with the FM in my h23 trans. it says friction modifier on the bottle. dunno bout b16 but its great in mine.

yea i know that it is fine in hydro tranny's but dont know about cable

The only real difference is the method of clutch actuation, and that is external to the main transmission housing anyways.
