Yes, the title is correct. Allow me to explain.
- Print this coupon
- Call Pep Boys to make sure they have the weight oil you want. It's easier if you get a case, but it's not required i.e. 6 separate bottles is fine. Total so far $26.94 + tax = $28.29
- Use the rebate form they give you (link is only if for some reason they don't give you one). For this rebate you can use a copy of the receipt. Total so far $28.29 - $15 = $13.29
- Use this form (this is where getting the case instead of separate bottles pays off) to get a $15 MasterCard gift card. This form needs the original receipt + UPC from the case (or 6 bottle caps). Total so far $13.29 - $15 = -$1.71
