ok, it's been forever since i've gotten a ticket, so i figured i'd come back to the ol' forum to ask a question. i got an exhaust ticket the other day b/c chesapeake had a shortage of doughnuts and there's was nothing else to do. i'm just curious, how many of these things can i get before it becomes a real problem?

equipment violations are non moving, meaning they carry no weight on your driving record.


just get costly after getting several of them.

 

I think (think) you can get 3 before the fine increases.

 

yeah, i don't really drive it around that often. just a lot lately b/c i sold my truck and am putting a new motor in my other, soon to be daily, car. i'm just debating to take leave from work to get out of the ticket, or just pay it if it doesn't mean shit.
