The suspects are black and one of the victims (me) is hispanic. Don't blame it on the mexicans this time.

The reason i ask is because up in NOVA (Manassas preferably) thier is a group called MS-13. They are a Hispanic and are known for causing all sorts of trouble up there including the thefts of numerous cars. It could be possible that they are moving thier way down here.

Research this stuff on google or Yahoo about MS-13 and it will show you a couple Newspaper articles.
