Default drag slicks. what should i get?

i have a set of 13's that i want to put slicks on but i have no idea what i need. i don't need crazy huge tires. just something to give me some traction. i also need them to be low cost. if anyone can give an idea what i should be looking for or links please do. thanks.

13's are going to hard to keep from ripping tires.

You don't need slicks on a stock Civic.

When the driver's skill exceeds the tire, then its time to get slicks. Almost anyone with track time will tell you not to jump immediately to slicks. I'd listten to NismoSE-R's advice, he's got plenty of track time and auto-x experience. If you get to the point where Azenis are not enough for you, then its time for slicks.

I'd assume he's talking about drag slicks (since that's in the title). I don't think much of Derek's (or is it Derrick) road course time will help with this...

13" is a common wheel size in the import drag racing slick world.

Yeah, I read he said drag, but I assumed he meant otherwise.
