take them to small claims court. You shouldn't even need an attorney, I'm sure if that guy is willing to testify then you should be awarded full damages for the price of the rims, as well as paying for the services of whoever examined the wheels, and you could probably BS other things about how you couldn't drive your car for a week, or something like that, and how you incurred additional living cost or emotional strife as a result of AFS Wheels's lack of commitment to resolving the problem. Should be good for $1000-1500
I was hoping that this could be resolved without having to involve other parties...
But small claims court sounds like the only option for things to get resolved...
I'll give him til Tues or Wednesday to make me happy, then I'll look into that. I dont even know what to do...

next time you get in touch with him say " it has been 2 months i gave you more then the benefit of doubt, small claims court will decide now. thank you have a pleasent FUCKING DAY BITCH DIE" something like that
Ill tell you this. Reporting anyone to the BBB is worthless. All the do is write a formal letter to the business in question asking for a resolution. Nothing you probably havent already done.
