Stop wasting your time and hit up a lawyer. You're getting jerked around because the owner thinks you're small potatoes who won't do anything.

Show them that you and your money are a pair not to be fucked with.

Yeah the BBB is a private org with no authority, they aren't associated with the gov which is kind of a common misconception because they use the word "beareu" or however the hell you spell it

desolate.... if you want to scare the shit out of him, give Jones, Blechman, Woltz and Kelly a call. I interned there all last semester.. they are off of Jefferson down by Oyster Point, and they are probably the most reputable law firm in 200 miles. I'm not sure how much they charge, but if you meet with them (which should be free, if its not then its definitely worth it) they will tell you what you can do and how they can help you.

They don't take cases that they can't lose. I'm serious, they are pro. And if you sue, you can seek compensation for legal fees too (as i'm sure you know). They have 35 lawyers, which is a LOT, and 2 of their lawyers last year were awarded judgeships. Judgeships don't come up very often, there were only a few appointed last year, so it speaks very highly of the firm that 2 were chosen from JBWK firm out of the entire state.

You might want to check out this thread on CamaroZ28.com. It looks like Desolate_Flux may be the one doing the scamming.

lol that thread is out of hand, full of lies and bulldogs who just want to start a fight.

The good news is that Tim is agreeing to a refund, after he publicly told people that he had offered me one and declined, which was false.

Check out the latest update on the page. I'll be calling them, wildman, if he doesnt refund the money as he promised THIS time.

So where does Chris Brown work? You would not have a problem if someone stops by the shop and talks to him?
