Default Classic car tags question

I was just wondering, what are the rules on classic car tags. I was thinking about getting 1 for shits and giggles. My car is now old enough to get them (84' Honda CRX). Are you allowed to daily drive on classic tags, or is it only for shows and stuff. I mean, seeing a Honda go down the streets with classic tags.........

Yea, just wondering.

I thought that it had to be 25 years to qualify for classic plates? anyways Im pretty sure you are only allowed to drive a car with those plates on weekends and holidays, a buddy of mine has them on his 79 trans-am and drives it all the time and has never been hassled. Hes selling it too if anyone is interested.

Alright, I might try to get them next year when I have to renew my tags! Just put them on every once in awhile and drive around with them! Say I am testing a part if I get pulled.

When I had my classic...
Cannot be daily driven and could not be driven very far.
I want to say there was something about driving at night as well, but I can't remember.

I'm sure it'd be fun and all, but not worth all of the possible hassles.

My Nova has antique plates on it. It's nice if it's definitely something you never drive, but if it's something that you have to think twice about if you're qualify for it, then I'd say don't do it.
