Either get rid of the 5.0 (351), or turbo/supercharge it.

Then there's nitrous, but I'm not a fan of it being the ONLY major source of power.

Wow. You cant drive worth a shit.

And despite what everyone is saying, you dont need nitrous/turbo/supercharger to have a quick car. There are many many people in the 11's with full weight daily driven 302/306's. When you get some money, start looking into getting a heads/cam/intake package.

They don't, but they probably assume (like I did) that he had a 5.0 since he wanted to mod it...I really hope he doesn't want to mod a 4 cylinder mustang.

That's like me putting headers and exhaust on my Camaro...there's no point.

I agree totally.
There are more aftermarket parts for a 5.0 than you would believe.
If I had a 5.0 I would do one of two things.
N/A motor build, like shawn said or utilize one of the nice turbo/twin turbo kits out there.
But since you said you have a 93, you get to share in the wonderful hyper-pathetic pistons so unless you build up the block I would be careful with forced induction.
If I were in your shoes now, I would just go with the gears/bolt-ons/DR's as previously mentioned and save up for a nice heads/cam/intake.

Acually I truned the same time 13 times in a row on day and didn't even break traction... I guess you didn't go to fun ford weekend most of the fox bodys were running high 14's low 15's and another guys with my same mods ran slower than me on the same day

He was talking about how you only shaved 2 tenths off your stock ET, yet you added quite of few bolt-ons.

remember not everyone can drive like the 'stock ET' driver...im sure a professional driver with those boltons would run a better time.
