Re: Celica sites and forums
he means alltrac.net, as an ex-alltrac and hopefully a future alltrac owner I love these cars,
I really hate FWD, but thats just me, there are plenty fo things to do with the celica that can rock the house, an FWD GT/GT-S turbo can put down some good numbers, not sure on this but I think a 2nd gen GTE will put you in mid to low 13's just on a swap it beats the alltrac because of the vast weight difference.
to do that you can grab a MR2 3S-GTE and either an 88-89 GT transmission (3S-FE and get GT-S/Alltrac Axles) or do the funky MR2 trans guts into an Alltrac Transmission.
Personally I think the first is the best method and the 88-89 GT trans is cheaper to mess with and the GT-S axles are stronger
celicatech.com also has some resources on swaps like that Have fun man, and dont let the honda kids get you down :P

Re: Celica sites and forums
Holy old thread.
Celica.net used to be an awesome site for information on every body style. Then it got hacked or something and the entire database was lost, and they had to start back from scratch. The forums are still there, but they're completely dead, with entire sections having 0 threads or posts. Sucks.
I'd really love to find another 88-89 hatch, strip it out, and put a 3rd gen 3S-GE in it.
