Carbon Fiber questions
Seibon makes some good stuff to I think..
Fiber Images is probably one of the best in the reasonable price range..
Really the more you pay, the better the construction quality and durability. You can't make a cheap hood with expensive materials, etc...

she sold it now she has the RSX I dont see a purpose in a CF hood
A Honda hood isn't that heavy to begin with. Same with the Supra hood, it's light as hell, so it would be purely cosmetic for me. The VR-4 hood however was a TWO-MAN LIFT when we did VR-4ever's...he definitely got a weight-reduction gain out of it.

she does not want an exhasut! To much police bullshit with that. Its a BASE model AUTOMATIC. She want an intake and maybe a header. But she has been talking about the hood for awhile
I have a fiber images c/f hood on my crx and theres definately no fiberglass layer. You can see straight though it when you shine light from the other side. Another good thing on mine is that theres no under skeleton so there no rubbing on my valve cover like most hoods do when you swap a b-series. But anywho, good luck keeping that girl happy.
