Just a quick FYI for everyone who reads this post: If you have a "dry carbon" hood, or a very expensive ($900+) regular carbon hood, or a part I've made, don't use the fibeglass restorer on it, or try to polish it out with regular fiberglass products. These hoods are made with epoxy resin, (instead of polyester like most carbon hoods and boats) and need to be cared for differently. Yet another reason to get your carbon parts clearcoated with automotive clearcoat for easy care and protection.
