Never heard of the first one but Polk makes pretty good stuff. I personally wont buy anything but MB Quart highs.

If you are looking for some really good highs that will rock your socks, look for something from the high level lines of ome of these companies:

MB Quart
Boston Acoustics
Focal
Diamond

Be careful, there is A LOT more to making a good sounding set of highs than there is to making a subwoofer that bumps. I was just looking at the Volfenhag stuff on ebay and it really seems like swap meet quality car audio.

Put the larger drivers in the front, and the smaller in the back, especially if you're going to have a sub to back stuff up. I've generally been happier with the larger drivers up front for better midbass/midrange, and IMO the rear drivers aren't as critical. MBQ, BA, Focal, and Diamond all make great stuff, yeah. I've installed or owned all of those, and they're all worth the money. I've got a MBQ 3 way comp set (8, 5.25, tweet) in the closet waiting for install someday when I get the time to fab new door panels..
