basically something designed initially to say hey IM fast look at me.. inst a sleeper.. a car designed to be economically and appeal to the mass's is then modified to be fast as hell is then a sleeper.. no one expects it to be fast.

Now, I'm not 100% sure on this, but I thought '84 was the first year. Unless you're saying that in 1985 Vettes were the hot biz, and by all means carry on.

^ No... I just meant that if it was 1985 a C4 couldn't be a sleeper... not that the car was a 1985.... but that you were actually in the year 1985. There's nothing special about an '85 vette and correct '84 is the first year of the C4.... there is only 1 '83 Corvette in existence.

Face man drove a C4.

A-Team > *

So unfortunately,

Face = A-Team = C4 > *

I figured that was the context you meant, just took me a while to figure it out.

So, you're telling me that a C4 is better than this?

Without a doubt, and in accordance to the theorem they are at the least equals.

If you want to go by rank, then Face was higher than BA. If you wanted to pick up chicks, in that day and time, Face was your man and you know what his ride was. If you wanted to dodge a million bullets without getting hit, needed to outrun Col. Decker, or save the day; then the van by all means.

Now if we want to upset the fibers of the universe, we could debate as to which A-Team member is better than the other. I truly feel this is a route neither I nor yourself want to take and living with equals is best for everyone.

I suppose for the sake of the time-space continuum, we'll save that debate for another day.
But, I'll leave you with this; Multiple chicks could be escorted home in the van, as to where the Corvette might pose a problem.

your corvette could be a sleeper if say it looked like your every day honda. mis-matched panels, or fucked up body damage. something to make it look like you got in an accident and have spent more time trying to get your baby back than into the performance....
